How can I get help from the moderator?

every message from the moderator says that I can get help. I understand the administrators and moderators are busy people, but none of them answer me. How can I contact the moderator? This concerns my creation of my topic in the section of user services

Here's some quick advice: Try searching first before asking staff members, and also try using the search button.
If you want to create a User Service, there are requirements such as

- You must have at least 3 month on the site
- You must have at least 300 posts
- Any new type of service being introduced to the marketplace will require a vouch copy to be given to a staff* member as defined below. (i.e. Services not commonly sold in the marketplace)
- High-risk services must also provide a vouch copy as stated above. A service will be deemed as high-risk upon the discretion of marketplace minions and upper staff.
- New sellers may be required to provide a vouch copy to a qualifying member.
- Make sure to contact the person to receive a vouch copy before contacting them over skype.

Also as a future note try researching before messaging a staff member about common questions, if that particular question try checking that sections sticky.

Keep note that all staff members have lives so if they don't reply just wait because they can't be online 24/7.

Then clarify it with me, I think I have enough knowledge about how things goes on the user services to able to provide help to you.
here are some common issues
- Amazon is not allowed
- a communicating program is not allowed besides ICQ and Skype is not allowed.

Realistically the only way is to mention them and wait, they will get pissed off if you constantly message etc. so just be patient bro
