Download autohotkey and make a script with this code.
Make a script by putting code in a notepad and saving the file as ".ahk" instead of ".txt", and then open it.
Replace the "qwertyuiop" with the keys you want to use for each function.

I don't know if im an idiot, or if im just making a simple mistake, but i downloaded it and followed instructions, none of the cheat engine based hacks seem to work for me, i would appreciate any help, thanks!

It's not that it doesnt work, its just the damage at that instant is greater than the value of highest possible health (in godmode i think it is 99999) and your recovery time is lost because you are probably getting pummled by hordes of zombies all attacking you. Just run around and don't get cornered

He is correct. As long as your not sitting in zombies you shouldn't die. It's set to 20,000,000 but when you're getting attacked by a lot of zombies, sometimes the game will glitch and put your health back down to 100, and if you manage to get hit 3 times within a few milliseconds (before it locks itself back to 20000000), it will kill you.

If IW process is attached and cheat engine open, then you'll probably get a vac ban
Play solo or in private games with friends
