I've just verified my personal (main) PayPal account, and am wondering - what are (if any) restrictions or advantages for buying or selling anything on MPGH?
And also - may this affect refunds?

It says that I "joined in 2014", so something like 3 years old
And refunding as in refunding electronics or clothes.
