    Diet meal

    Do you guys have diet meals and if so, what does it consist of? I've been trying just lettuce and white meat and I've been getting some results but its so bland and boring.

    The "diet" can mean different to the people. I wouldn't recommend to become obsessed with some certain types of food like white meat or whatever. But that much depends on your goals. If you need to lose some weight, eat as much food as makes you feel really comfortable. And try to avoid the products that have many calories and no benefit (like white plain flour and white sugar). I mean, there must be a variety in food

    No diet here. I have a high metabolism, and I can eat whatever I want without feeling too guilty. I'd suggest trying out different spices or having different veggies once in a while. Lettuce isn't that nutritious.

    I just try to get at least 1 pound of protein per bodyweight. Sticking to lean meats and also plentiful of vegetables and carbohydrates.

    During a diet, you need to monitor your psychological health. Behind the level of depression. 1 gram of protein minimum per kg of body. It is necessary for the regeneration of muscle cells. The diet should be balanced. And of course you need to do unloading days. There is a million videos on YouTube about proper nutrition. It's good that you care about this issue

    well what I do is literally skip meals and for past month I grown much more healthier idk why too much carbo I guess.

    I like eating boiled egg sandwiches when im cutting its filling and has low calories and if you want to go extreme egg white sandwiches, but that might make you a little sick because it contains very low calories

    Eat whatever you want in moderation. Look at IIFYM diet. Its good for picky eaters like you.

    Fasting is healthy if you're smart about it, if i need to cut i'll do 18 hour fast and then my meal is just boneless skinless chicken breast with white rice, you can always add cilantro, coconut oil to the pan when youre cooking the chicken or look up some stuff to do with the white rice, some people season the rice inside the rice cooker while its cooking to make it not so bland as you stated. dont drink too much cold water, cold water uses energy to warm up your body when that energy could be used for your metabolism and breaking down of foods (something like that, i didnt read much into it but there's new studies coming out about room temp water can have an effect on weight loss.)

    OR you can download MyFitnessPal on your phone, set a goal for yourself (maintain under X amount of calories) and eat whatever you want... i dont recommend but could work

    There is no need to radically change the food. If you want to remove excess weight, just exclude a small amount of food every day until you start to lose weight. But only a small amount of food. If you are sharp you will reduce the number of calories, your body will react is not in your favor, it's not worth doing. In stressful situations, with a sharp shortage of calories, the body includes a protective function and begins to accumulate fat. And after you soak and after 1-2 weeks will start to eat like before, you'll just more thick.

    also I do not have a diet. the best thing is to not eat in the evening to lose fat.
