I don't know how to comfortably start a conversation with a stranger. Cannot hold eye Contact for more than 2 seconds.
It's hard for me to look up, so I tend to look on the ground.

Me too I tried to get in as many things as I could like Save the Children and AIESEC where I need to speak in front of alot of people and I'm getting better at controlling it

Dude get an actual hobby. Go exercise. If you have a dog take it for a walk. You also need to have a goal and start working towards it.

first of all if you are below 19 or something, dont worry at all it will be fixed as time passes. if you are older than that you need to gain your self confidence and then you will be fine
I feel you dude. Nobody's perfect at all. I did have a lot of social anxiety so I barely made any friends.
I started to improve this year and made friends from my favorite hobbies like basketball and video games.

Correctly and well said, we have anxiety, what makes us who are suffering from it bad is how we respond to it, how much attention we decide to give it. OP and everyone else shouldn't feel bad about "never having a girlfriend," I can tell you from experience you first have to be confident with yourself and love yourself before even considering having a girlfriend. Exercise, work out, take your dog for a walk. Make a goal for yourself, but start step by step. A good start will be waking up and walking a mile for a week, then jog a mile, the two miles, then three, etc. Confidence comes from within, so tell yourself you can, and you will make eye contact with this and that person, sooner or later, you'll get used to it.
