Here's my honest opinion:
Too many crappy Movie Maker effects.
Keep effects to a minimum, especially when using Windows Movie Maker
Only flashes, slowing , speeding should be used.
Not screen colors and squishing effects.
You had lots of dead time (You just running around, and not killing)
You also had lots of noob kills (Headshot an AFKer)
and you cut the clips too early, or too late.
Try to focus on the clipping first, and try to get rid of dead-time
It's not hard to get Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 for free,
it's so easy (Insert Geico slogan here)

Gameplay: 6/10
Effects: 4/10
Clipping: 6/10

Overall: 6/10
(Good for a first montage though, i've seen MANY shitty ones)
Also, try to fit good music in (Not saying your music sucked)
The song you used isn't really a montage song, or well it didn't match your montage.
Try to find a song with pauses + good beats etc; (no rap music please)
Good job though
