Minecraft Backdoor Plugin I Learning

I started/trying to learn Java 3 days ago and have a basis around create SIMPLE commands now, however i wanna create backdoor plugins so people dont screw me over.
How can i make it so my plugins disable if i want them to.
And how would i make a plugin delete someones server if i needed

Honestly, I myself could not learn Java, because it was difficult to understand a lot of literature. I started taking courses recently. Honestly, there is not much admiration from them yet.
