User Banned For Wrong Reason

It's an old thread about me claiming that someone was trying to scam me because he lied about sending the money and expected me to go first even though I didn't receive it, but I forgot to mentioned that it turned out the user did indeed paid me. If I can remember right it took a week or more to get the money but all I had the was funds and there was no transactions. I didn't know where the money came from at first but then I've realized it was from him since I remembered he owed me $30 Euros for my keys. So I basically forgot to tell staff because it was a week later when I found out when they already banned him and he removed me from skype, he did not try to scam me or anything. I'm trying to reach the user right now so I could refund him lmao but he's been gone for a while. I tried finding the transaction but some reason it's not showing on my Paypal. If you can please unban the user.
