I get your point, but calling those selected undeserving or not worthy only demotivates them. I am sure (Or at least hope) that whoever issued the final decision had their reasons for the choices.
Give them a chance, they may do well and better than expected, and they may not, but then (and only then) can we complain so that the one in charge would learn from their mistake and select the better candidates next time.

I'm basically living proof of that .

Is probably the only legit point you made. I never understood who was in charge of who became publicist but they usually do a shitty job ngl and it's usually a popularity contest vs people who can actually do the job.

Hunter produced some nice results. Is that why these people with such great capability come to oldphags and ask so many questions about MPGH? I'm sorry Mayion, but your statement isn't true at all. Users that don't even know what a fucking traditional postban is, shouldn't be thought as more capable than those who have served plenty of Bday and Post bans. I'm not really mad I didn't get it, as Publicists do something maybe 2-3 times a year when News Force does something every week... So it's pretty much a 'Hey let's give a random user a tag no one else can get maybe 2 or 3 times a year' kind of tag given to a group. Essentially... It's just another freelance tag. A tag I wanted because it's proof of semi engagement in the community. But you're right, capability should be determined by how new and spammy they are, yes? Even though Shadow is a goofball, he deserved it... Because he's an oldphag with CAPABILITY. Poonforce for sure has capability. Allura has proved oneself in News Force and has capability, even tho he a spams a bit. Aku has been here for over 2 years with no contributions and less than 1 post a day. Dependent is brand new and just got News Force... Haven't proved themselves there first and already gets Pub? Dependents contributions are nice... But in no way does it tie in with Publicist contributions. And yea we've all seen useless oldphags around... But I do not see Dave, or alike, being added to Publicists.

As far as I've heard, you are nothing special in any sense or form. You have to constantly ask me "oh do you think I have a chance for {positions}" because you know for a fact you're not applicable for anything. It really seems like you only started talking to me when you needed money or when you wanted a position on MPGH, and even after I helped you out you still tried to go behind my back and do whatever you felt like.

Your "years over months" of shitposting, arrogance, and lurking general DOES NOT make you a good applicant for publicist. No matter how many times you say "I DON'T EVEN CARE LMAO I'M NOT MAD" doesn't make it any less obvious to us that you are extremely upset.

If you are any sort of man, you will take the L and move on. I don't see Ahlwong, Joker, or any of the other extremely applicable members flaming/disrespecting the new picks, so why is it that the least applicable one is?
