No, it's not unlimited stamina. I tested it and I didn't notice anything different when using this hack.

didn't i tell you before or was it another choob >.> its when u aim with sniper the thing usually goes left and right (swaying) the hack stops it from moving no sway the other hack stops weapon from moving left and right...when not aiming. thank me if i helped

No, I believe that was someone else. No breath doesn't do shit. What's the point, if you have no swaying. Isn't that suppose to keep you scope steady...yes, I believe it does. I would think no breath is useless in CA because you don't have to hit a certain button to hold your breath to steady your aim more.
