Need information on bad service....

If I purchase something from the Service/Shops section, and goods are not delivered, is there any action I can take? Almost 2hrs and no conversation after payment. Looking for help and not calling anyone out....yet.

Well technically almost all services are scams because most services just buy some paid menu and do the service with that menu instead of making their own. You could just buy the menu (that can be as cheap as 5$) and sell a lot but well i'm not going to get into that, just saying that because as a menu dev and former service seller it triggers me.
Just give them around 24 hours and keep messaging them, I'd try waiting as much as possible if the seller has rep if the seller doesn't have rep just give them 24 hours.

Ignoring != not replying. Ignoring implies i saw the message and decided not to reply. I don't have skype, can't log into it but i didn't get hacked i forgot the password. I got banned from shitcord for selling cheats but well i don't care because i can return easily. and pm i didn't see any copy paste it and resend

I am sorry, wrong choice of words.
I assumed that you did read it since I sent it on all 3 and skype told me you were online at the time. I'll send you a PM now.
