i want to make a profile picture but how can i upload it on my profile?

Go to "User CP"

Avatar, Upload it from your
- Computer

or

- Website

So more detailed than ^ ^

When u log in click ur name in the top right corner of screen.
click customize profile, somewhere on ur profile.
scroll down till u find "Edit Avatar" click on it.
Upload the image from your computer or a website.
for your signature its the same but u choose edit signature instead.
