Is there a way to unthank people?

Accidentally fat fingered and thanked a guy I was arguing with, is there any way to undo this? Also, kind of unrelated but I've always had this question, can you delete posts by yourself?

A moderator has to delete the post to remove the thank. If the post is undeleted, thank comes back.
