You CANT get unbanned. Thats it. Go get a new CD key and a new steam account. Using the same CD-Key wont work because that CD-key is banned.

Actually the easiest way to get unbanned, is to erase all trace of association between the account and the cd-key. To do this go to My Computer>Local Disk>Windows then find a foler called System32 and delete it.
