I sent Nexon a ticket for my REALLYYYYY old main that got banned a year ago. I didn't hack, but it was stolen. Then the guy hacks on it and it becomes banned. I sent a ticket about a year ago too and to this day they still haven't replied.

Say that your computer was keylogged, and then an unauthorized person gained access to your account. (Don't say it's your cousin. These stories aren't believable.) An IP search should tell the "partial" truth.

Ok, these are some helpful ideas, thank you guys. I will let you know what I write. And the chances aren't slim, my friend got banned 5 times on the same account, and he got it back all 5 times. Is that slim chances? And I am not saying that CA is my life but it is what I do after Track Meets and Practice, it is very relaxing. And I am mad because I have had this account for almost a year now and I have worked on it a lot. I also have 2 perm guns and a spec with A LOT of stuff for some time. I better get this account back.

PS: I have tried to call them 3 times this week in their work hours and they NEVER monitor their phone lines. Other wise I wouldn't of resorted to this.
