Even if you do anything significant your name will fade. Chasing after legacy is pointless.

You have no control on how long your name will be remembered and to how many people.

As long as it's remembered by the ones you loved.

That’s right, we don’t matter. There are billions of us, it’s highly unlikely you’re that special somebody that would make a mark in this world.
I honestly am tired of questioning our existence, but so what? Why does it matter if a bunch of people doesn’t remember you? You wont be remembering them as well.
That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your life or having time with your loved ones.

In short don’t overthink things that just complicates your life. I don’t believe in reincarnation or afterlife so this is my only one as far as I’m concerned. So just enjoy yourself!
