I'm trying to data mine(not even thats the correct term) Fishing Planet nut sure what

Hi there I've been trying to data mine Fishing planet so I can get some information and I would like to do some small GUI tweaks, but I'm unsure on how to go about that any advice would be help even directions to guide of sorts. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'm not exactly sure how much you know in regards to data mining. You need to be a bit more specific on what you're looking for in regards to it. :P

So one of the other members on here created a data dump file with various information on bait prefrences and levels for the baits and lures.
(Sorry not allowed to post links just yet.)
I'm not sure how he did this, in terms if it came out like this from the files. I've messed around with a asset viewer, but I'm just not sure what to look for. I know it's a Unity based game and it's x64 bit, other than that not much myself. Thank you for taking your time to reply

Update: So if figured out how to open dll files but no luck on finding anything(mainly because I'm still not sure what to look for), I will continue looking. I really want to do this because there a decent amount of people asking to make a esp for Fishing Planet and not to many of the hackers are willing to share( which is completely up to them). I understand to many of vets on here hacking or making a esp for unity is easy as pie but to the one that never done any of that it's a pain. That and I'm still not sure where FishthePlanet got the info on Fishing planet lol.
