3 times a week but fuck hitting legs thats for skids
I set myself a goal of at least going three times a week. just to get started, if i feel like i'll hit it more than three times.
I jog in a park every day, but go to gym only 2-3 times a week because I'm luck of time
2 or 3 times a week have been consistent doing that for years

Exercising 3 days a week am. 6 o-clock , before work
I used to go the gym 5 times a week when I started lifting 2 years ago, started wearing on me so I've toned it down to 3 days. I should use my off days to chuck in some cardio but compared to 2 years ago I have much less free time so it gets neglected.
Mostly 4 times a week.
