I do calishtenics four time a week
I go to gym 5 times a week after a work
Last exercise is last 2 months ago,
done have enough time ,
will be continue exercise again by next month
I lift weights 4 times a week and play handball once or twice a week, depending on circumstances I can't control.
4-5 days , but don't forget to listen to your body, usually I just dont go over 3 consecutive days after it's rest day
about 2-3 weekly, it goes OK with the uni', more and i'll start to hurting myself
how long do you guys workout for?
Personally I go to the hall every day except Saturday and Sunday. I just need to be more attentive to my diet
find something you love to do works the best i hate going to the gym unless its with someone else due to my competitive nature so really lack the motivation to push myself without another person there and i went through a few gym partners before i started doing martial arts and fell in love with it as there is always plenty of people to train with and spar, then you have competitions that you can enter and compete in tournaments. you don't have to do a martial art form but try to find some sort of activity that makes you want to keep doing it often
3 times a day when alarm on my phone goes off letting me know my bagel bites are done cooking (usually run from room to kitchen just to make sure they aren't burnt) and at least twice a week when have been having those 15 hour Fortnite grind sessions while been prairie digging since hour 7. So you can only imagine how fast I'm moving to the restroom when hour 15 finally rolls around. With all that said I've found that I'm quite fit with my daily runs to the oven and toliet. OT sadly other then only go running or gym once a week sometimes every two weeks

Three times a week for me. On the days I don't go to the gym, I walk a couple of miles if the weather allows it.
