I do exercise 5 days a week except my weekends.. In the meantime, I'll also do some physical activities like playing games to keep myself active
4-5 days of weight training, 2 days boxing.
I am a swim teacher so I mostly swim 5x a week in terms of cardio and conditioning. With working out maybe 1-2.
I've been swimming for a long time. I recently moved to my own home. Which has its own pool. I practice every day several times a day now. I use Swimming Pool Services to look after my pool and exercise in comfort.
depends on what u are trying to achieve, but if u wanna maximize gains, u need 6 days a week
