CE value keeps reverting when edited

I kinda feel dumb for even asking this. but I tried everything I can think off, but after a clean bypass and finding the BP value(s), when I edit them they just revert back to normal upon next change (unlocking an item/screen change). Freezing the value doesnt change anything.

Any ideas? Maybe there is some mode or setting I did not do?

you might get 3 values when you search your bloodpoints. the last one is real value.

I find from 1 to 3 values, the problem is I can't make them keep the value I type in
