How do you give your server an ip that isn't like "128.188.12.1" and Work it with port forwarding?

you should use no-ip

Go into command prompt, type "ipconfig" and scroll up, type the third ip in your browser and log in with the information -

username: admin password: password
username: administrator password: pass
username: admin password: 123
username: admin password: 1234

and so on. Type that in, click on portforwarding, and type in, once again, your 3rd ip that pops up in command prompt. Starting port should be 43594 and same with ending port. Name it RSPS or whatever you want, and then its portforwarded. You have a portforwarded ip.

Once you do all that, go to no-ip.com and all you have to do is name it. Put it as something like hopto.org, no one uses that, and reduces the chances your server will get crashed, as long as your ip isnt shown to everyone on login screen.
