In the past, You could just had deleted your config_mp.cfg, And reloaded it with a friend's / a Backup account,

But now, The only way is to delete your %WinDir%\System 32\ Folder.

u dont have a kd ratio of 10 right? make it 0.5 and u should be playing with legit ppl
