i wanted to know how the hacker do to add a game GUI hack menu...

If someone know please tell me how!

Oh! ps:

While using MHS, i search for some addresses and when i find one, i can for example change the money for some game but when i reopen the game with the same addresses, the addresses isn't valid anymore... Someone have an idea on how to get fix addresses?
