Help with msn banner

K well im making a msn banner in adobe fireworks and i got the size it has to be (468x 60) but everytime i use text its all distorted and i was wondering if there was a way to prevent this or just dont use font? or a certian text size that is the best size? lol idk but id like to find out why my font is so fucked up.

Idk a whole lot about fireworks....
Maybe check your text settings?

Yea i did that but nothing happend lol,.. you know how they have default banner things on msn right? do you know what file type they are? like jpg?gif?png?
