i have a question about BAN on steam/vac or whatever it's called. so will a whole my account get banned, or only that game and i'll still be able to play other games and chat with friends?
if i get banned, will anyone know this, like it's gonna be written somewhere that im banned or not?

If you have MW2 installed on your PC and you buy a new key then activate it, you'll be able to play without re-installing the game.

you have to make a whole new account and re install.

Yeah, get make a new account, add Mw2 to your game list, get a new key and activate cod6 and you can play again. The advantage of this is that you won't have reinstall which takes like 6 hrs....
