    Best way to gain weight is joining the gym , doing HIIT workouts and train all muscle groups. Feed the body through a protein rich diet and get enough rest.
    You can try getting a mass gainer if you are unable to reach a calorie count sufficient for weight/muscle gain.

    There are a lot of videos in the internet but i think the main point is to train properly and eat more than u think u need to ! Junk food is acceptable , but if you do not train and eat junk food u will get more % body fat so be careful !

    Best way to gain weight is burn your calories while taking protein and carbs rich diet. The balance between the diet ,workout and the rest are important.

    Eat meal replacements shakes between your meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat starchy and protein rich food like pasta, chicken and rice. Gaining weight is all about calorie surplus!

    Eat a surplus of calories you burn off each day, I recommend if you want to go on a bulk or just gain weight, eat alot of healthy fats.

    You need to up your protein and carb intake and start doing compound lifts, bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press.

    You gain weight when you eat more calories than you need.
    Start eating less, read about ketosis.
    No sugars, white flour or fast foods. Eat more vegetables.

    Homemade gainer shakes never fail. Banana, protein powder, peanut butter or almond butter, oats, milk (i use almond). You can get close to 1,000 calories in one shake.

    I can relate to you, a bit. I ate a lot of stuff but didn't get weight, when I was younger. Now, at the age of 23 or 24 I started to get it, suddenly. Possibly just fat, but idk. Be careful, anyways.
