Best way to gain weight is joining the gym , doing HIIT workouts and train all muscle groups. Feed the body through a protein rich diet and get enough rest.
You can try getting a mass gainer if you are unable to reach a calorie count sufficient for weight/muscle gain.

I can relate to you, a bit. I ate a lot of stuff but didn't get weight, when I was younger. Now, at the age of 23 or 24 I started to get it, suddenly. Possibly just fat, but idk. Be careful, anyways.
