This blows my mind lol, Water is only wet when touched. think about it this way, How the hell do you know if it is wet without touching it? its only wet when we touch it making it wet.

That would be true, you know... if it wasn't. Water is a substance that wets things. That doesn't mean the substance is wet. If you are fully submerged in water, you are not wet. It is only until you come outside of the water that you are wet.

If you have a bottle of water, water is touching the bottle. Is the outside of the bottle wet? It is not. Is the water wet? It is not. Is the inside of the bottle wet? It is.

Fish are not wet, they are also not dry. Once you have caught a fish and it is outside of the water, it is wet. This is factual. If you argue against this, you are the idiot.
