I don't have a full workout as I don't work out at home, but I'd definitely incorporate resistance band pushups as a way to build strength for your chest. Simply wrap it around your back and under your hands and push up like you normally would.
Need a plan to follow? Could anyone hmu with one? Looking for one that uses no equipment or the following
- Pull Up Bar
- Resistance Bands
This is all I have access to. Anyone have a plan they could give me? Thanks!

If you're gonna be working out at home and have access to that then you're limited to body weight exercises which aren't terrible by any means and can definitely help you build muscle mass while losing a bit of weight if you keep your heart rate elevated.
Biceps -
Feeders every other night with the resistance bands (2x50 curls) (put the band under your feet and have it in both hands)
chin ups on the bar, 3xfailure to start
Triceps -
Resistance band inverted, hang it from the pull up bar if possible and do feeders (2x50 or so) (with triceps it's a pushing motion so if the resistance band is hanging from something you're going to contract your triceps and push down. Look up a video if you need help)
Close handed push up - put your hands like below your chest instead of way out with this you're going to get your triceps more than your chest
Chest -
The user above me had a good idea
Push ups are essential if you don't have anything else
Back -
Wide grip pull ups
Short grip pull ups
reverse pull ups (behind the back)

P90x can be done at home. I use weights, but the majority of the exercises also include instructions on how to use bands instead.
I was never able to workout at home, I do 1 set then I go watch youtube, in the gym I have to workout since I already made my way there and you don't waste time.
I have resistance bands and recently purchased some dumb bells. I also have a cheap bench. The one that is just one flat piece. At some point I want to buy a squat rack that can also be used for pull-ups.
huh are you looking to gain muscles or to get fit ?
Try downloading an exercise program for the gym and practicing at home.
Yeah, the gym is too far away from my place so here's mine. I only have a screw in pullup bar and pushup hand grips.
hanging pullup bar to failure - works core
pullups / chinups
pike pushups - progression to handstands
pushups without grips / variations with grips
chair dips / bench dips
squats / chair squats - progression to pistol squats
bolt hold - progression to l-sits
dips on pushup grips
Insanity program is quite good to get fitter
a pull up bar, excersize bike and treadmill is all you need lol
Todos los Das hago mi rutina de ejercicio, porque me voy con la bicicleta a mi Centro de trabajo, de esta manera hago bastante Cardio, ejercicio de pierna, pero solo ser dos horas al da.
