well, it are just custom skins, and doesnt modefy core .exe or .dll file

And what about the SP Hacks?
Can't you get banned at SP aswell? (Since you don't go into a server...)

Singleplayer/Coop hacks cannot get you banned AT ALL. Even IW themselves provided a few singleplayer cheats, therefore VAC is NOT running in SP/Coop.
