Hi, when ever i try to charge NX this error comes up:

"This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location."

Does anyone know why this is happening? This is the first time I've tried to charge NX. I have googled this a some people say it is that your Ip does not match with the address you gave them. But i checked it with a site and it said that i was in the rite city.

Can someone please help me? Im posing here because this fourm has more active members then Nexon fourms (already posted there and submitted a ticket two days ago)
