I haven't took the time to run it in wine or anything so I could use cheat engine on the client to snoop around in memory or debug the client. I am running ubuntu and haven't set up my system for game hacking yet.

I don't really know what all is clientside on this game, however I do feel some usefull things can be read from memory and some stuff automated depending on the circumstances. I figure assistant tools and botting should not be too hard to code up with this game. I have just lacked the time to fuck around.

Also does anyone know if their are native linux gamehacking tools available these days? Or Will I have to ultimately port back to windows to enjoy my good ole days as a gamehacker. I have alot of knowledge in coding and memory editing , packet decryption , hooking, coding, injecting code, etc.(I have been around since pre-maplestory days..back when codecaving was "new" and sheep wrote a tutorial on it for noobs) I just never tried to hack games from linux. And due to hardware failure I am now on linux enstead of windows. I just haven't had the time or the need to switch back, However I feel the urge to cheat as I always have (not relying on some other noobs infectious software or tools I always do my own private shit)

Anyhow if anyone knows what file holds the camera limits in a native linux environment let me know please.

For those who asked for that.
Firstly you must install Notepad++.
Open N++, go to the (C,D,E,F):\Steam\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\dot a 2 beta\game\dota\bin\win32 or win64 and open client.dll. Then press Ctrl+F and search for "1134".

When you got it change it to whatever you want. I recommend you dont go over 1600.
After each update you must do this anew.

Valve have fixed this in latest update, no longer works...
