Where to find a savegame ?

Is there a way to find a savegame with everything unlock ? I've done this before and my game is freezing because of the save on the menu and it's kinda horrible

Just add all the items&perks you want to one character. Then copy all of the items, and paste them onto the rest of the characters. Just make sure you don't set the amount to a crazy number on each item, because that seems to cause the lag.
