I am having problems with screensize, I use 22 inch monitor and have 1920x1080 but still bottom of the screen is not showing.

I've downloaded everything but everytime I try playing the game it shows me a quote saying "Error Loading Game Engine!! Please try again in a few minutes" it won't auto update the build either asks me to manually do it. When I try manually changing it, it has the same effect. Hoping for some help
