I will create a Account that i will only use the Vision Hacks with this Tool and see how Long it takes till Riot a email says "You got banned for using 3rd Party Applications"

if requested to Show Proof i can post the Name of the Account directly after Creation and the Email of Riot containing the Ban Information

You wont get banned for camera modification...Do whatever you want. Im plaing for over 3 years without any ban.

Why though? There is really no reason to update it for the PBE. It work on the live client. PBE gets updates too often too.
