There is absolutely no reason for you to write this at all, this just creates more of a drama/controversy than it already is. I personally don't doubt anyone abilities to their services since I have not experienced it first hand, I suggest that if he keep making mistakes and creating a bad reputation of his services it will simply affect him not anyone else. I suggest he continues to improve his services so this problem or any problem similar to this or anything that will cause any refunds or any of his services to fail and also properly orient his customers what they need to be doing.
