how do i change my avatar??? lol

hey im new to this website and i wanted to know how to change my avatar??/
i tire clicking it because when i hover over it it asks me if i want to edit my avatar so i click it but nothing happens...... im sure many others are wondering this, thanks me if i helped any1 with my question if you were also wondering,

Go to:

- User CP, on the top off the page.
- Click 'Edit Avatar' left side toolbar.
