So i thought of a good and interesting idea.

It would be good seeing a "debate fo" rank on MPGH which goes to dedicated members who once a week have a debate on 1 topic & it'll be posted in either news or in a separate thread.

- These "debate fo" members will be randomly put in 2 teams every week & have to debate over a topic that the 3 judges choose.

- These judges will also decide who wins & have to say why they were convinced & who they thought the best user was.

- There will be a poll at the top with all the users in this debate & people will vote who was the best. The winner will be announced in the next debate.

I'm not sure myself on how the judges should be picked, on if It's the same judges every week or it's random.

The reason i thought this would be good, because it would bring something new & cool to MPGH just like the news fo. I would love to see this happen!

Tbh MPGH is full of trolls/ internet memers and therefore debates wouldn't be taken serious or no one would turn up.

NewsFO works because of the 1 week deadline but a debate no one would watch and frankly the niche of the website isnt nerd :/

Good idea though but idk if that would go a long way like newsfo did.

Speaking of NewsFO, they should do some sort of video thing instead of just all text would bring in more people.

Just because I suggested News Force doesn't meant I'm talking about them actually doing the debates.

When I said it can be in the News, I meant whoever wants to be part of the debate team can film or get their manuscript done and give it to the News Force Editors (Hova/Ahlwong) for it to be placed in the upcoming news edition, with a run down of those participating & the topic being discussed on

That being said, video editing etc needs to be news worthy so text is probably better since we can edit it quickly.

Doing it weekly is also a bad idea. Once a month would be better since people can form more ideas onto their debates
