How to make a second MW2 account?

I bought MW2 on my steam account, but I don't wanna see that account banned for hacking, so I want to make a second account for hacking. How can I make a second account, without buying the game again.

omg its not possible u actiivated ur code on ur account so u have to play with him. if u wanna get another acc u have to buy the game again

go to steam and buy one
or other key sites

If I use VAC Chaos, and I login on my other steam account, and press Load game, does that work?

dont think so , cause the GAME-KEY is banned nobody would buy a second, third game if this is possible, but try

you gotta buy a new cd key and make a new steam account with that.
