I'd like to run every day, but I'm lazy.

    Is there any good way?

Everyone is lazy at their starting point, especially when they are starting to workout. Keep making yourself run everyday and I promise you it will eventually become a normal routine, especially as you start to see progress mentally and physically.

Don't look for motivation, it's mostly not helping. Just make yourself do it every day. It will seem impossible to you but in one or two months it will become a common thing for you and you will not be able to refuse. I do sports all my life and I can't imagine myself without 3-4 workouts a week. Sport is like a drug.

I just think about what I want more, be fatass or look good, gives me motivation.

I find motivation looking at pictures of fat unhappy people (with the current body positivity trend there are lots of happy ones, so choose carefully and charming fit babes. Works for me. Also developing a habit is never a bad idea as our brain simply loves routine.

Motivation is fleeting, discipline lasts forever. The hardest part I find, especially with clients, is the getting started part. Once you establish a routine and keep it going, you'll eventually see it as part of your routine (much like brushing your teeth, sometimes you can't be bothered but you still do it).

I agree, it can be very much effort or a lot of work ethic but when you make the routine it's set you need to follow it.

Run in the mornings before work. Get it done early and get it over with. You will too tired if you wait till after work. Running for the last 37 years.

If you really want to do it you'll find a way, otherwise you'll just keep finding excuses.

Set a time where you know you'll be free and keep a it, make it into a habit, then it'll slowly turn into an addiction.

Remember, fitness (running, in your case) is a lifestyle and not just a phase in your life that comes and goes.

    I believe in you
