Everyone is lazy at their starting point, especially when they are starting to workout. Keep making yourself run everyday and I promise you it will eventually become a normal routine, especially as you start to see progress mentally and physically.
Don't look for motivation, it's mostly not helping. Just make yourself do it every day. It will seem impossible to you but in one or two months it will become a common thing for you and you will not be able to refuse. I do sports all my life and I can't imagine myself without 3-4 workouts a week. Sport is like a drug.
I find motivation looking at pictures of fat unhappy people (with the current body positivity trend there are lots of happy ones, so choose carefully and charming fit babes. Works for me. Also developing a habit is never a bad idea as our brain simply loves routine.
Motivation is fleeting, discipline lasts forever. The hardest part I find, especially with clients, is the getting started part. Once you establish a routine and keep it going, you'll eventually see it as part of your routine (much like brushing your teeth, sometimes you can't be bothered but you still do it).
