    You need to understand the reason. If you want to become healthier than it's not so important to start running, you can train at home every day for 10-20 min.

    I agree with this. It may be hard at first. But after few weeks of consistency you will love it or even get addicted to it!

    You should wake up in the morning and just go for it. Do it for yourself and listen to music.

    Do little by little. A couch to 5K program slowly got me into it.

    As others have said, start small and build from there. Staying hydrated and cutting out junk foods are good steps as well!
