No, UTs like that are untradable. No place scam or not will sell them (but if they say that they do, its most certainly a scam haha)

You're probably better off buying an account with a lot of UTs from a trusted seller (or using a method of trading that ensures legitimate exchange) and then using a good hacked client so that you don't die with the stuff you just bought.
