Been using this all day in wingman, excellent and no ban in over 20 wins, though no overwatch, still remains undetected and that's all i care about.

Injection method I've been using is the twitch method.

Would tell you when you started up CS:GO.

"Your account has been banned by overwatch"

VAC would be from your cheats being detected, if I had to guess, probably from bad injection methods.

Idk if it still works this way, but if you got overwatched, itd say on your profile "1 game ban on record" Rather than, "1 VAC ban on record".
