Am I allowed to do "X number of warranties" instead of a set timeframe?

Yeah, I know it could bring some abuse, and some people don't like it, but it's a helluva lot easier to manage than, say some guy coming 9 months later when you've graduated from MPGH stuff and asking if he could get a replacement for some account which you don't even have anymore...

If I were a client I'd probably ask for a duration quota(warranty) as well since anyone can get real unlucky and have his cracked accounts taken back by the owner.

I guess that's true, but honestly I would just provide unlimited warranty if I could.
Provided they're not being assholes, since accounts are pretty easy to come by.
