Is there any cheat that just has an Inventory Changer, Clan Changer and Rank Changer?

Hello, So I recently read a YouTube video talking about an interview with a hacker/scripter/cheat for csgo and some of the stuff he talked about was the changing aspect of it, changing the amount of wins, the rank, the clan and most of all the inventory.
I am Decent at the game so i don't need the 'aim, walls' kinda hacks but i would just like to change the appearance of my csgo, making me look cool etc etc etc and not the aspect of making me look like a hacker with aim or wall hacks. Im only looking for appearance cheats that does nothing to make you better at the game just to make it looks more cool for you.
If anyone knows any source code, links to just an appearance cheat please can you help me?
