Marked for ban...?

so i got banned because i did some shit free dlc method, verified when it didnt work and got a ban on my main, made new account got banned bc i played on same profile ( i assume ), buy again, reinstall, delete all temp files, clear downloads, delete all profiles and made a new one, removed registry for battleye and arma, change hwid and ip. and. im. still. banned. WHY?! can someone please fucking help me? i got banned even after i did more shit than EAC requires. i even did a lot of research and a ton of people say to just buy a new account and play on a new profile, yet i do so much more and still banned. Any ideas?

PS. i reinstalled every time i made a new account, just the last time i was pissed and did so much shit and it didnt make a difference. not IP, not HWID, shouldnt be any logs, so idfk...

I have searched and searched and NOWHERE does it say ANYTHING about battleye even doing this, all just say what i previously stated. When im banned on new accounts it now says "banned from arma 3 by Battleye on behalf of the game developers, when it said banned by devs on my main account, any help? thanks...

btw if i repeated something its because the first part i copy and pasted from my post on another forum that wasnt very helpful and forgot i may have already said it.

So from what I did hear you need also to change your windows profile.
How about you (to be sure) make a clear format - delete everything - than make a new fresh steam account...
