What do you think is the worst meme of all time? Remember, just because something got old doesn't mean its bad.

For me its a tie between Uganda and Harambe

Both are very simplistic in nature. One takes the way we find accents funny and mashes it with something totally irrelevant simply because the culture around it developed that way. The other takes the death of an animal and makes us forever associate that gorilla with whipping our dick out. There is no cleverness in either. One is inherently stupid and the other inherently sarcastic. Both are designed to poke fun at something/someone we don't really need to poke fun at (but ofc freedom of speech is supposed to allow that anyways)
