My rotmg pserver shows black screens for others

The title says it all. My Public IP was changed recently... but I changed my server IP and stuff to my new public IP and it still dosn't work. I changed stuff in server.cfg, list.cs and in the client. Still nothing... Please help

Your public IP changes every time you connect to your modem, even with a static IP. If you want to host your server on your network/computer, you need to set up a DDNS on your IP, or use a program to do it for you. I've used No-IP in the past, but your security is compromised doing so. With a DDNS, you only have to provide the URL, which automatically updates with your public IP, meaning you don't need to change the client's IP every time you connect to your network.

the ip must not be set up properly IP wise. Either the connection is not stable through hamachi or it isnt set up right through port forwarding.

Did you turn off Windows Firewall and you'r antivirus firewall?
