Game companies legal jurisdiction starts at their servers and ends at their servers. PERIOD!

Most they can do is ban you for breaking their TOS ...Shut down mpgh..??? HA HA HA HA

A. Hacking memory client side is not unlawful.
B. If they made such a claim , then in itself it is misleading and an attempt to defame mpgh.net and in itself malicious.
C. If you are saying they said that and they didn't say that, then you are committing libel and need to be careful and be sure your "source" is accurate.

Conclusion:

It is possible to cheat by manipulating the parts of a massively distributed online game that exist on your own PC . The game client program on a gamer's PC interacts with the central game servers over the Internet, By using this method there areNO!! network security breaches and therefor breaking no domestic or international hacking/internet laws because the hackers and developers are focusing attacks on their own software on their own Computer, hence "Client Side hacks".

A perfect example would be playing one of those Multiplayer flash games online and using a trainer to manipulate the values on your current high score, there is NOTHING unlawful about that.

The concept is similar in relation to property rights (Virtual Property rights), Do something on your own property like walk across the back yard and you can't get into trouble, walk over your neighbors and that is trespassing. respectivly , modify memory on your machine, can't get in trouble, modify memory on the server, then you have broken laws.

So, Final Note: No Worries, No Concerns, and watch what you say, if your going to make claim, provide proof, and that's that.
